tambet is committed to compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). This Policy is incorporated by reference into tambet's Terms and Conditions. Defined terms used but not defined in this Policy carry the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

• Account credentials: Username and hashed password (tambet does not store passwords in plain text)
• Communications: Support chat transcripts, emails, and any other correspondence you send to tambet

• Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency processors — to execute your deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and liveness verification services engaged to verify player identity and age in compliance with tambet's regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention and security providers: Specialist services used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity on the tambet Platform
• Game software providers: Game studios and aggregators whose titles are available on tambet, to the extent necessary to provide game functionality and resolve game disputes

7. Data Retention

tambet retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such additional periods as are required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
• Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five (5) years thereafter.
• Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of the consent and for two (2) years following withdrawal of consent.

Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, tambet will securely delete or anonymise it.

The tambet Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. tambet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If tambet discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all personal data will be deleted, and any balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
